Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have problem of bad breath and sometimes during brushing its bleeding(very rare) and little bit of sensitivity when I drink or eat cold things.my dentist has done deep cleaning and scaling after which she told me to use gum paint daily for gum massage and mouthwash also daily.I am worried that some people say that gum paints are not good and have side effects like darken teeth etc.what should I do for better results

RCT is not for lifetime? I did RCT and doctor told me that RCT has validity of 7-8 years. So I want to know that it is true or not?

First thank to responding! Yes want to tell one thing that I am very health conscious person. I always avoiding junk & oil foods. So there is no such gastric problem of mine. Another point is Stress. As i am looking Brazil project from India so there is some problem with working time Schedule but​ i always trying not to take any stress. Is there any other chance.. Yes forget to write one thing if sudden changes in whether condition then also Mouth Ulcer is happening.
