My tounge is bleeding while spitting plum and while tounge cleaning while it's while tounge cleaning bleeding few days back I have problem it felt like burning sensation

Use only a toothbrush to clean your tongue after every time you brush your teeth. Do not use a tongue cleaner whether it is plastic or metallic or wooden because it will always cause more harm than good.
