The description is not sufficient to arrive at a rational diagnosis. It would be prudent if you visit a dentist as soon as possible for a proper clinical check up so that the right cause of your problem can be ascertained. The right treatment can be suggested only after the right diagnosis has been established.
Alternatively you can post clinical pictures of the affected area on Practo for an online consultation with a specialist.
