Frequent mouth ulcers
Hi doctor I have this habit of frequently hurting my mouth while brushing or while chewing. I tend to bite my skin. But nowadays I am getting mouth ulcers whenever I bite somewhere by mistake. Is it a cause to worry. These ulcers usually last for a week and are painful.

Pls video consult. The bite needs to be relaxed. We could start off with night brux so we can relax ur bite muscles. U can give me a videoconsult followed by a appointment.
