Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have bad breathing problem and i want cleaning my teeth. Please suggest what immediate action should i take.

My single one teath is empty ,this problem can solve .after change shape of teath then how much days to need compplete it

My mother aged around 50 has her few gums swollen and white plague or may be its just colour. At first her gums used to bleed, but after using baking soda as remedy, now her gums dont bleed. But they are still swollen and white and sometimes she also feel hot and cold beverages- please recommend some medicine or ways to get around with this problem. Thanks!
