I thought i had a piece of food between my teeth. I went to brush them and there was blood. The main problem is on my bottom gum, towards the front near my teeth. If i press down on it with my tongue, it's painful and kind of burns. Any ideas?

If something is really stuck in between your teeth, you have to get it removed immediately. Visit your dentist and get your teeth and gums checked. You might also need the routine cleaning procedure done.
Next Steps
Meanwhile, you can try using a dental floss to clear whatever is stuck in between your teeth. A bit of gum massage might also help.
