Yesterday i had teeth extraction after 24hr what i can have in food and i can split or brush my teeth

Do not spit/rinse for 24 hours and swallow everything.
Do not gargle or use staw to drink for 24 hours.Have ice cream after an hour of extraction.
Do not eat hard,hot and spicy food for 3 to 4 days,instead eat cold,soft/semi solid food.Avoid smoking.
You can do warm saline rinses thrice a day but after 24 hours of extraction.
Avoid viggorous brushing/rinsing for the 1st 24 hours of extraction site.

You can have soft food and dnt spilt actively just take water and risne it out

Avoid hot food for 24 hrs , no rinsing , spitting for 24 hrs
Stick to soft / liquid diet cooled to room temperature
After 24 hrs do warm saline gargles and avoid brushing in the extracted area

Hi,
For 24 hours after a tooth extraction do not spit. Brushing can be done but avoid contact of the brush at the extraction point for the next 3 days. Avoid hot and spicy food for 24 hours after extraction.

Yes you can brush and spit after 24 hours of extraction.
Better to have soft/semi solid food for 2-3 days.
