Tooth and Mouth Problems

There are stains on my teeth due to over consumption of chocolates and later some pan masala . What is the cost should i expect for this treatment ? How much helpful this treatment would be?

It has been 45 DAYS since my lower left wisdom tooth extraction but my left half of tongue is still numb with burning sensation, and feels heavy and swollen (no visible swelling, though) all the time. Due to this problem on left portion of tongue I speak with slight lisp. And this is killing me. I can't focus on anything for like 5 minutes. My dentist has recommended me to take 'cap neugaba 75 mg' for a week. I have also been consuming ' Neurakind plus' for 4 weeks'. What else should I do to get my tongue back to normal? I am losing patience now. It's very very uncomfortable and annoying, and has made my life a living hell. WILL MY LEFT TONGUE PORTION BECOME NORMAL EXACTLY LIKE IT WAS BEFORE EXTRACTION- COMPLETELY NORMAL? Please give a genuine answer without giving me any false hopes. Kindly help. I had a composite filling done on my moral teeth however I felt extreme sensitivity in the area for months after that and I consulted a the dentist again. He advised me to colgate sensitive plus and i tried the same for months but to no success eventually i visited him again and he removed the composite filling and replaced it with a temporary filling and advised me to get the permanent filling done after two weeks Please note there was no deep cavity or root canal in my teeth. He said two months be required for developing "dating" can some one explain please I am worried ALSO WOULD HE REMOVE MY FULL TEETH.
