I have b3en given liquid ammoxacillin for my abscess I went to the dentist Thursday and he said take 10mg twice a day every 8 hours now on my bottle it says take 10mg every 8 hours witch one do I do I'm due to end my course tomorrow but I still have a bottle left

Red bumps on back of tongur

So I had sores initially for some days but they got cured within sometime. But since a week or so I've been noticing red bumps on extreme back of my tongue. They don't pain or bleed. Tried to read online and it's stating it's some Papillae. Please guide me regarding the same. I've been trying to touch them and scratch them off slightly.
