Tooth and Mouth Problems

How to remove black spot on centre of tooth is it bacteria or something else Pls help

Difficult on swallowing n difficulty to open mouth.. since 2 days. Uvula n anterior pillar is severely inflamed. Acute onset gradually progressing.. RMT is also inflamed with small aphthous ulcer.. I'm experiencing pain.

I am having pain in my left wisdom teeth from 2days, and i am taking combiflam tablets. But after 6-7 hrs, it starts paining again. Please tell me should i go to a doctor or it will fine within 1 or 2 days

My mother had her two teeth spoiled on upper row so either the teeth has to be replaced or to be filled

Loosening of teeth due gums shrinking up. Started after cleaning of gums few years ago.

After having meal I tend crack my teeth of upper jaw towards lower jaw. Same goes when a long gap persist between two meals. When I chew anything I apply much pressure than required. My inner mouth condition I fine and no bad habit of pan masala etc. One more problem is that I use my tongue to penetrate bw my tooth when I get nervous. This led widening gap bw teeth. Please help.

Is der a temporary solution to refill The gap betwen teeth and align them inside without using 1 year braces

My cheeks feel swollen and like i've been slapped, sores under my gum and painful chewing and swallowing and cant open too wide without pain...consistent pain like flashes on both cheeks and ohh i can't brush my teeth well...its painful on my gum

There is pain in left side jaw / joints  when he open his mouth wide or it pains while having hard things..there is no pain in teeth ....also there is kind of cracking /popping sound when he opens his mouth

I have been affteced by Lower lip mucocele one month back, I applied aloevera, turmeric as a home remedies, it’s completely gone, but again I got the same...do I need any surgical procedure or any other treatment available
