My child's milk teeth droped in 6 years lower 4 new teeth came but upper 4 has not came yet in 7th year.pls suggest

Normally, lower teeth appear before upper teeth. Eruption timing of upper teeth range from 6-8years.

The normal Eruption Schedule for upper teeth varies between 6.5-7.5yrs,

so my Suggestion for you is to wait for couple of months and visit your Family Dental Care Professional for further evaluation, if the upper teeth don’t seem to be erupting.
