2 Rounds of Scaling done a month back post I was diagnosed with Gingivitis Brushing teeth as advised Still bleeding regularly What could be the reason? SHould I consult another doctor?

I have been suffering in lower side teeth and gums in last and unable to eat foods

Due periodental abciseses. I am suffering from gum recession. For this reason.one root of my 6 plus upper molar teeth has been exposed. I'm feeling no pain. I want to restore my teeth as 7 + upp er molar teeth has already been extruded n 8 + up er molar teeth has been rct treated. So 6+ molar teeth is very importent for me for my chewing. Left tooth in x-ray tooth damaged but for removing it ..they told there should be a special dentist because it is near to nerve ..and it costs 3k for removing.

I have recently visited a dentist who mentioned that I have bone loss near the upper right corner of my mouth. He suggested the extraction of the wisdom tooth. Isn't there any other way to treat it?
