Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi Doctor, last Saturday I have done filing for tooths , and while eating anything they are paining. I am facing this from last 2,3 days. I thought it will stop paining later on, but now also facing the same issue. Could you please advise whether I need to come for to clinic to show it.

I had accumulation of tartar/plaque mostly around the incisors and canines. So scaling was done for the first time 1 month ago. During the scaling my gum line shifted away from teeth edges. Will they come back to their original positions? I am worried. Kindly help please. Thank you

I have tooth pain problem since 8 months the Dr from maratha mandal advice me to root canal it it pains in the tooth I brush regularly it was sudden crack and crack is joint from filling the Dr consultant me that it is near to nerves and so due to that it pains plz suggest me what can I do for it if I root canal it or not

This has been going on for months. Maybe even years, I'm honestly not sure because I've gotten used to it, but it suddenly got much worse during the past few days. My jaw will pop and click loudly when I move it from side to side and it will often lock, usually when I try to yawn. I'm not able to fully open my mouth when it does, and will have to close it, 'wiggle' my jaw a bit left and right before finally being able to open my mouth. There's no pain involved, but it's pretty annoying.

Hello, I noticed a lump inside of my mouth (inside of my cheek, upper teeth level). It is not hurting, but feeling like I bit my cheek. It looks like a pimple. I haven't notice it earlier, today is the first day. I am 27 years old, smoker. I panicked and put propolis on it. It felt like burning.
