  4. Lump under my chin. And it’s fine again.

The odd time I Yawn or open my mouth very wide my chin starts to go numb and I can feel a lump appear under my chin in the soft area and I can push it back in and as soon as it’s settled my chin stops being numb and it’s fine again.
