I am sending my x ray please tell me which of my molar tooth is infected or not. If yes please suggest the right treatment. Please suggest the treatment for first second and third molar. Third molar is infected or not.

Whether or not the third molar is infected is not clear. It will need another x-ray and even a clinical examination. However, even if it is not infected, sometimes it is essential to remove it in order to save the tooth in front. Generally, because of the position of the wisdom teeth, there is food lodged in the area which damages the tooth in front. You have to discuss about this with your dentist and take a call.
