Tooth and Mouth Problems

Can I get fixed retainer for my upper teeth instead of custom mouth guard like retainer(don't know the exact name) ?

Iam having problems of bad breath from so many years, I have tried Many toothpaste and mouthwash but the problem is same. Even I have consulted one denitist,but no relief.

Is it painful to do wash in dental clinic? And is it effective? Will it destroy my teeth?

Ive had red patch on thw rough of my mouth and some skin have come off, ive had for days now and its getting bigger, what could it be?

My right side upper jaw tooth has been left open from the past 5 years of root canal treatment I want to know whether the infection  if any would reach further and affect adversely. I am a 23 years old male with 3 cavities in molar teeth, 2 in lower jaw both sides and one in upper right side, and 2 misdirected wisdom teeth growth in both sides of lower jaw. I have had a dental history. I had 5 fillings and 2 teeth extractions in my teenage. Last year I underwent surgery to remove my upper left misdirected wisdom tooth and an RCT for upper left molar tooth. What should I do now to get my dental issues fixed and how can I maintain my dental health in future ?

Front Teeth having zirconia crown being rct are for life long? Will it look like natural teeth? After caping, it will not big in size in comparison to other natural teeth. I am 20yrs old college girl. Please help me. In future, I don't need to change my crown?
