I have a bad habit of clicking my jaw, similar to what happens when you crack your knuckles. I did it a bit too much a few days ago and it became a bit painful. Since then it's been swollen near the joint, by my right ear. I can't close my mouth fully. It lessens a little over the course of the day and then re-swells again overnight. How long will this take to heal? Is there something I can do other than take NSAIDs (which don't have much of an effect)?

Hi doctor, I drank less wateri i.e, 1.5-2 litres a day for continuous 4-5 days. I got a small boil on the border of my lower lips and after this my whole lower lip have got swollen heavily. What shall I do? Please suggest. PS: I don't do any drug. I don't even smoke.
