Tooth and Mouth Problems

From last 3 days I'm having a pain in swallowing food pain in jaws..today I saw a sore near jaws.. so I want to know why this happens..

When i was talking to others, they are feeling bad smell and bad breath from my mouth. What shoul i do to avoid this? Even i am brushing twice a day i am not able avoid bad smell from my mouth.

Having toothache since yesterday night, should I wait and see or visit a doctor ???mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I consulted you for souring gum. I dont feel any change in that annoying pain still . I am using cohlex plus.

My front teeth are big in size. I want small sized teeth. Is it possible? How?
