Mouth ulcer and balck spot inside lips actually i am facing this problem after 6 month medical course of TB

I have impacted canine. One canine tooth is growing inside mouth. What kind of treatment is possible for me at age of 21.

I started developing wisdom teeth around 2 years ago. From last two years it hasnt come fully. I have dealing with pain for sometime in these 2 years. Pain starts and lasts for few days and disappears. It again starts after few weeks. The pain is only on the gum( flesh ) above teeth. Please have a look in picture.

So my first molar is decayed for last 10-12 years. I don't remember. I was a kid back than. I controlled my pain throughout all these years without using any medicine. My tooth just hurts randomly while eating something hot or cold. Or while something getting stuck there. There is a hole in my teeth now. And it has become big too. I never bothered to visit dentist. As it didn't hurt much before. And my parents always discourage me by telling if I pull out one teeth other ones will loosen up. Ironically I have always brushed my teeth twice a day. And my other teeth are more than healthy. I want to know. Is there any alternate way than pulling my tooth out to get it fixed? And can a dentist grip a half broken teeth with nothing to grip without pulling my gums off? I am not scared about other teeth coming off. Then am terrified of the videos of the cure on YouTube.
