Does the force of a brace varies throughout the day? Or is it constant throughout the day? If it varies, then in which time, the brace exerts most amount of force ?

My inner linings of the mouth is very dry for last few months. When I drink a lot of water it becomes a hit better but doesn't goes away permanently.
