Hi Sometimes after extraction of wisdom tooth, it feels totally fine, but getting too easy with the after extraction instructions might lead to severe pain and discomfort that may happen after two or three days too. Since we are Unaware how easy or difficult your extraction was, it's better to follow the instructions given carefully. You can eat non veg, prefer soft boneless one. 1. Avoid too spicy and hard food for atleast three days 2. Warm salt water rinses after 24-48hrs of extraction two to three times a day 3. Following proper medicine protocol as per advised.
