I am having braces and for support my dentist used extra wire behind my 2nd premolar teeth and today after my meal I checked it was not there. My dentist is out of station i don't know what to do. Is it dangerous??

My upper right side corner gums is swollen, it is painful, I'm doing warm water gargle. Please guide me how to get it ok

I am a 23 years old male with 3 cavities in molar teeth, 2 in lower jaw both sides and one in upper right side, and 2 misdirected wisdom teeth growth in both sides of lower jaw. I have had a dental history. I had 5 fillings and 2 teeth extractions in my teenage. Last year I underwent surgery to remove my upper left misdirected wisdom tooth and an RCT for upper left molar tooth. What should I do now to get my dental issues fixed and how can I maintain my dental health in future ?

Front Teeth having zirconia crown being rct are for life long? Will it look like natural teeth? After caping, it will not big in size in comparison to other natural teeth. I am 20yrs old college girl. Please help me. In future, I don't need to change my crown?
