Hole in a teeth
I have eating tobacco since 8 years but few days ago I noticed that I have a hole in my tooth and a small tooth is increases in that hole...so is there any problem in my mouth??

According to your picture, it seem like tobacco stains and cavity in last molar , but first you have to visit Dentist for teeth cleaning (scaling) and fillings done. Get your treatment done in initial stage before it get worst, and try to quit you tobacco chewing habit day by day. Because it causes oral cancer.

Small tooth in hole seems to be your akal dadh( third molar) erupting..Get full mouth x ray done then we can be sure..n get complete clean up ( scaling) of teeth.
