Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi, i had 4 premolar extraction for braces treatment, but today i consulted other doctor he said u have big tongue the tongue room will shrink and it will cause breathing problems in future. I dont know what to do i am suffering from tmj problem due to which i am already hving trouble swallowing.

I am planning to go for teeth alignment for my fiance. Need to have some good contacts for experienced dentist practitioner, so that we can end up with good and lifelong result.

Sir can red stains on teeth be removed by teeth scaling or bleaching Can u tell me which is the more effective procedure...

I have naturally yellowish teeth and I don't drink or not intake tea or coffee. Please suggest me the best procedure to whiten my teeth

I had done filling in one of my lower teeth,  the one next to the wisdom tooth..  i started to get severe pain after a week of filling and now i have been told that it is pulpitis and i need to get a rootcanal treatment, is there any way that pulpitis can be treated with medicines,  also if i want to avoid rct, can i get the tooth extracted , my concern if the missing tooth can cause issues with other tooth also??

In my lower tooth I am suffering from pain. Dentist suggest for root-canal. But he charge for root canal is 8000rs. Plz suggest cheap and best hospital or clinc for root-canal

I have a bad tobacco chewing habit and I want to stop, and its causing my teeth to stain quite alot where its getting quite embarrassing. I am on a very fixed income as i study and work at the same time so i wanted to know what the cost would be the cost to clean my full set of teeth?
