Hi m rutika 19 yrs oldm having facing a problem of mouth ulcers n they are occuring frequently n 2 3 are coming together n in different areas of mouth i hsve been taking renifol tablets but its not that effective

Causes of mouth ulcer can be: eating very hot,rough and coarse food, using toothbrush with very hard bristles, jagged or sharp edges of teeth rubbing into soft tissue vitamin deficiency etc.

its mainly due to stress and vitamin deficiency or vigorous brushing techniques or may be due to sharp tooth . there s no need to worry about that.
