hi Treatment plan depends on the level at which your tooth is broken.If it is near the edge then composite filling can be done.If the fracture line involves innermost layer (pulp) then root canal treatment followed by crown is advised.If the fracture line extends into the root of tooth ,extraction ( removal) of tooth followed by implant is the best choice.
