Moving of all teeths

Asked for Male, 18 Years

My all teeths are moving ..dentist says that this is because my all teeths are not i contact with eachother and i have underbite too ...for this my going from treatment in which two tooth are removed and with the help of braces my all teeth will come in contact stop the moving of my teeths Will this work ?? Pls help
