Tooth and Mouth Problems

My son is 8 year old and he has developed some ulcers on lower lip and inner side of mouth, it is blackish in color with white lining at sone places. Please suggest sone medicine because be is not able to eat anything spicy or hot.

Cheek bones feels heavy along with back tooth gum pain and wisdom teeth bad smell. To which specialist to be shown

My one incissor in the bottom while biting top surface some enamel got chippeed off . it feels that the teeth has become hollow whie feeling it with tongue .can u please tell what is this . the top of incissor .

Sir I want to know my wisdom teeth are coming both sides and right side. I m having a bad breathe issue. Dentist told me to consult with physician. He also told that bad breathe will also come due to digestive problem and ulcer or throat infection.
