Black/maroon dots on side of lower lips. how to get rid of them ? its like a permanent spot which i've been observing since last few months.

My gums are turning black on a few spots. and teeth is also pale. how to make it back to normal. I brush my time once in a day. What do i need to do ?

After extraction of lower 3rd molar and removal of sutures, there is a hole visible. Will this cause lodgement of food particles and become vulnerable to infections? Will it get covered by healing process or something needs to be done about it?

Last year one teeth in lower jaw is gone. I was surprised and immediately went to doctor. He told that it is milk teeth and after scaning he confirmed i have one more milk teeth in upper jaw also. He remove those tooth and he started braces treatment. After that i moves to gurgaon and near by my location i met one doctor. With the help of him i completed my treatment and after that he given me removable retainers 15days back only. But I lost those retainers. Can you please suggest, how to get new retainers and what was the approximate cost. And also suggest which is good.
