Tooth and Mouth Problems

I want to do my front tooth alignment in short duration of time. Orthodontists suggested me 4 teeth removal(2 upper and 2 lower) and 1 year braces to set them. Due to tooth removal and long time I dropped the plan earlier. Now I want to know any advance technique which can do it in short period of time and also the cost for doing it.(Is 6 months technique helpful? )
