Tooth and Mouth Problems

Last year I noticed that my teeth are getting yellower at the root. So, I started brushing the teeth twice a day. But, it doesn't seem to help. There is also a yellowish plaque kind of layer behind a few of the tooth. This layer has actually removed the gums from a few places and it has actually weaken one of my tooth. I have also noticed blood in my mouth sometime, most likely due to him bleeding. What is this situation known as and how can it be cured?

I have been having ear pain for two weeks now I get frequent ear infections. My gum behind my left molar is swollen and has only been going on for 2 days now but I cannot eat or open my mouth fully without any pain.

I am noticing that some of my tooth gums are above than usual.I think its receeding gums issue.is there any ointments or mouthwashes for this problem.does oil pulling help to get back my gums as usual?
