Tooth and Mouth Problems

It's been two weeks I have ulcers in mouth and my tongue burns really bad not been able to open my mouth I have been appliying lot of gels but nothing is working out

I have been having blisters inside my mouth near throat area. This problem atleast arises 2 times a month. What would be the cause. Remedies.

I have little pain in the backside of tongue What is the possible reason for this?is this a serious issue?

I have a gummy smile. Not severe though.can it be treated with braces? I don't want to go through surgery.

This is urgent !! I had been to the dentist almost 5 months back for a root canal. I have a very bad phobia when it comes to dentist. It scares me to death. So I went for 2 seatings and did not visit after that. I had no pain until 4 days back. For past 4 days my tooth and ear hurts a lot, especially at night. So I take half combiflame and it helps. I want to know now, 1 - Do I have to get my tooth extracted? 2 - Is it ok to take a pain killer and go to the dentist? 3 - Isn't there an option where the dentist gives me an anistisya and sends me to sleep and then does all the process? Because that would be the best thing for me because of the phobia I have. Please help !! It's urgent !!
