Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have multiple dental problems on left upper jaw. My 6 was removed recently due to infection . My 5,4 were RCT ed and were brittle . Since 5,4 were too weak to support a bridge , doctors did RCT on 7,8 and now suggest to remove brittle tooth 5,4 . Also to support the bridge , they say to do RCT on canine (3) , so they can use it for support and make bridge of 6 tooth's. I am.bit worried about touching a good cannine tooth . It is healthy and strong . Is it compulsory to do RCT on good tooth used for bridge ?

Why there appear yellow and black marks on my teeth so rapidly.black worm make hole holes in my teeth.How Can they be removed? What toothpaste should I use to remove them.pics are attached plz recommend me some medicine to remove them.  I brush my teeth once a day. Sometimes in the morning and sometimes at night.

Notice white patches inside cheeks from last 15 days. And today's condition is that i feel my patches were gone but having brown spots on the place of patches I am worried. Should i consult a doctor? If yes than whom dentist or any other doctor?

Heard that tooth extraction for braces will make facial look worst. Is that true? I came across this doubt very late. My doctor said that 4 teeth is to be removed for better results. Already 2 teeth were extracted on right. Still 2 needed to be removed on left. I'm worried about this now.

My bad breadth doesn't go even after brushing. In the morning it's really terrible. When i use strong much wash bad breadth stay away for 5 min and then again its back. It started when I moved to hyderabad. I had GERD last year and since then i have stopped eating outside. I had a root canal done before, but the tooth plaster is reducing.
