Try rinsing the mouth with salt water can help reduce bacteria. Sometimes, a build-up of bacteria in the broken gums around wisdom teeth can be the cause of pain. As such, rinsing with salt water may help treat the infection and reduce the discomfort. Otherwise if it reoccurs get extraction done after IOPA x rays

Hello mam,
A wisdom tooth is one which does not reach it given space at a given time .
It causes dental caries, inflammation of gum around the tooth, pushing neighbouring tooth causing crowding, soarness of jaw , difficulty in opening mouth and may develop into cyst.
Treatment will be surgical removal of the tooth followed by painkillers and antibiotics .
Hi
If the wisdom tooth pain is not continuous you can temporarily push it by taking antibiotics and pain killer medication. Best option would be a removal. If you have more fear about pain on time of removal ,you can opt for sedation process which will be more comfortable .
