Tooth and Mouth Problems

My bad breadth doesn't go even after brushing. In the morning it's really terrible. When i use strong much wash bad breadth stay away for 5 min and then again its back. It started when I moved to hyderabad. I had GERD last year and since then i have stopped eating outside. I had a root canal done before, but the tooth plaster is reducing. Kindly suggest me the name of this disease so that i can start taking medicine.

What will the cost of rct and if I eat any thing like non veg it stick between my gums and start bleeding so what is cure

I have this half decayed  tooth. Half of  the tooth is fine but other half is badly decayed. Can root canal treatment along  with post and core save my tooth because I don't want to get tooth extraction. By the way is tooth extraction required in this case?
