Mouth ulcers are due to so many cause...
** vitamin B12 deficiency
**Anemia
** stress and anxiety
**Gastrointestinal disturbances (chron"s disese)
**Use of medications like betablockers like hypertension,pain killers
** viral infections
** Genetic factors
**Hormonal disturbances
**citrus food and other high acidic food
PREVENTION:
**Avoid hot and spicy food that triggers symptoms
** Keeping the mouth clean with daily brushing and flossing
**Changing ulcers with cause medications

Mouth ulcers are mostly due to stress and tension. Consume lot of water and take T.vit B complex once daily . Visit dentist nearby ASAP
