Tounge tie surgery for Adult
I have tounge tie issue. I am 23 years old now.what are different types of procedure for the surgery and what will be the cost of surgery. Will there be any side effects. And what will be the duration of the surgery and how many days need to take rest after surgery. Please suggest me I want to undergo surgery as soon as possible . Thanks in advance.

Hello sir...    Tongue tie is medically called as ANKYLOGLOSSIA...    It  is a condition in which decreased tongue mobility and it is caused by unusually short,think lingual frenulum(Amembrane connecting underside of tomgue to floor of mouth)... Complications of tongue tie: **Mouth breathing **sleep apnea **poor sleep **Digestive issues **Difficulty in speech **Anxiety **Neck pain Treatment of Tongue _tie:    ** LASER FRENECTOMY which is done under local anesthesia ..it may take around 2 to 3 minutes and minimum bleeding during surgery...Reattachment is rare **FRENULOPLASTY which is usually done under General Anesthesia and self absorbable suture is given.... complications of frenuloplasty: **post operative bleeding and infection **scaring of area with granulation tissue which may sometimes cause reattachment.. **Affects submandibular and sublingual salivary gland and affects oral hygiene ... Treatment cost: **LASER FRENECTOMY: 3000 to 5000 **FRENULOPLASTY     :50000to 60000
