Tooth and Mouth Problems

How do we clean yellow and black teeth please recommended a toothpaste that is better for me and give me a answer

I had my front upper six teeth prepared for crowns for cosmetic purposes. I had no infection or any other problem besides growing gaps between teeth. So I thought I'd go for "smile design". But ever since these teeth underwent preparation and treatment they have been bleeding ever so occasionally with constant dull ache. And the bleeding is profuse, not like infected teeth. My whole tooth-brush gets covered in blood. I got checked for infection several times, evengot X-ray scanned, but my doc says there's no infection, yet they bleed. Please tell me a solution and reason for this.

I done my RCT treatment one year ago should i do ceramic cap treatment now ... Because from 3 days teeth is paining

I have these bumps at back of tongue it look like buds ,can it can be assymeteic please tell me ... .

There is a little gum swollen in the  back of front  right teeth upper jaw which is crowned .there is no pain.. It's slight reddish colour swallon. What could be reason

Is it crowning is necessary for the main chewing tooth or have other options for crowing? I don't want to remove because its not wisdom tooth.

My mother got RCT in her one of the right molar teeth 2 times but her pain is not receding and comes back time to time. Also she is a diabetic and whenever her sugar surges pain get bad and also affects her right head. Even painkillers can't help it.

I have a problem of biteing of lips from my childhood even though I stopped this habbit 2 months back. But the problem is now my lips become reddish color like burning patches. Is there any solution for this and please suggest me any ointment for this problem.

Whom should I contact.... My grandmother is facing dry mouth problem from last one year... visited many hospitals, doctors  and checkups done but nothing useful...

My glands under my tongue have swelled up and have white stuff on them. It doesn’t hurt to talk but does hurt to stretch my tongue.
