Tooth and Mouth Problems

I fell down by bike.I have brecis on my teeth.the one tooth is misplaced by this incident.also my lip is injure by brecis.Lip is swelled over that tooth. Now what can I do?

I fell had a big scratch wound, cleaned with water. Had headaches 2 3 and 4 days after relating my wisdom teeth(needs removing) after a salt rinze it hasnt happened in 3 days. Is there a chance i have tenatus or does the crampy/headaches stay with tetanus?

Doctor I noticed bleeding gums from two days when I brush in the morning.. Plz suggest some treatment...
