Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi. Im having a lot of black marks on my tongue and they have increased in the last few years. Need to know what it is. As of now im having no pain or any issues.

I am getting my braces coming Tuesday. But, I don't want any change in my facial structure, it is already fine for me. I did hear my dentists saying something like, "Extraction is not required." And when I asked if my structure will change, they just said Ït is going to get better.". I don't want any change in my face shape :'(:'(. PLEASE HELP.

Yesterday at night my one stich got broken and my gum was bleeding so I put ice on it. Now it's not bleeding so should I come for check up or is it ok if I come after one week for cutting my stitches.

I visited an ENT on Saturday 21st July and he diagnosed that I have Tonsillitis and advise antibiotics. However since Monday I have bumps on my tongue or its ulcer and its extremely painful, I can't eat or even talk, please help, advise some medicine

I met with an accident 4 years back and damaged three front teeth on the upper side. Got cap on one tooth and dentist reconstructed another one. The third tooth was loosened from the roots for which the Dr suggested that it will get back to its position on its own. Unfortunately i still have pain in that third tooth and gradually now i notice that it has started turning yellowish inspite of brushing teeth twice a day. Please help.
