Pain will be there untill it erupts completely. As the picture shows, your wisdom tooth is growing in straight direction but, it is not growing in alignment of other teeth i.e in the line of all other teeth, rather more towards the cheek. This will definitely cause you cheek bite in future. This needs to be extracted. Do visit your dentist. He’ll take an OPG and remove it. More over I can see the same situation occurring for lower right wisdom tooth in future. Get treated in time.
