Tooth and Mouth Problems

I used to puff my cheek out keeping my mouth closed and force more air into it to relax my jaw. Now when I do it I listen some kind of sound related with saliva near my bottom masseter. How to stop this noise and regain natural cheek muscle?

I have dark gums all throughout the upper portion and lower portion.What can be the possible cure for it?They don't hurt,don't stink.Just them being dark is unusual as others have pink gums.

I was just wondering how much would it cost to have RCT. I have a badly damaged molar and a ball like lump on the gum beneath the tooth has already appeared. Someone told me that only RCT could save the tooth.
