Hello sir,
Wisdom tooth is one which fails to erupt in the given time and space .
A wisdom tooth may cause pain and soreness of jaw, difficulty in opening the mouth, difficulty in mastication and swallowing food , dental caries, inflammation of gums around the tooth, may push the neighbouring teeth causing crowding , may cause cause cyst.
The treatment will be surgical removal of the tooth followed by antibiotic and painkiller course .
If you postponed the treatment symptoms will increase more the symptoms more difficult and complication during removal and post operatively.
U are facing this problem becoz the wisdom tooth want to come out but it does not have enough space for it to come out.if it’s troubling u more the best option wil be taking it out.u don’t hv to worry abt loosing a tooth as wisdom tooth don’t hv any role in chewing .
