Tooth and Mouth Problems

From last two weeks some small bumps are behind my tongue and also I'm seeing some small bumps on lower side at end of tongue. Actually this is not hurting . First I had throat pain but now it's gone . At the back side there is white color. I have some gastric problems also. I smoke before due this problem I stopped. Kindly suggest me what to do .

From past 2 days.the upper part of the throat has become red and I m unable to eat anything.. It is like something has stuck in my throat..and on the lower side also there is some portion has become red with small kind of bubbles where the food enters into stomach

My one lower jaw is removed before 10 years as a result teeth of teeth which above it is coming downward. So doctor asked me either to go for teeth implant or doing RCT of 2near by vital teeth . So I'm confused and panic to what to prefer . Which is the best one and long lasting for how many years with no side effects

As I mentioned earlier I am on ketorol dt for toothache and as suggested I should have some antibiotic. Since I will be visiting my dentist after two weeks as I can't get leave from my workplace kindly suggest the antibiotics for the cavity.
