Teeth pain
I have pain in the middle of 6 and 7 upper right molar tooth. Pain is in the middle between 6 and 7. I am sending a x ray please tell me what would be the treatment. Both of my molars needs treatment or only one. Which one needs rct. My both molars wants rct or the single one. If I treated only one molar then what would be the solution. Both molars needs rct or not.

Hi....Upper 7 requires rct. If after rct of 7 pain subsides get 6 filled.If the pain still persists 6 can also go for rct.

U need treatment for both the molars upper 7 is Rct and 6 may be either Rct or filling.
Next Steps
For upper 6 if u go for filling and pain persists it will go for Rct.

Upper 7 will require a root canal. Upper 6 needs to be checked clinically to be sure. It may be okay with a filling if asymptomatic . If it pains after the filling then will require a root canal.
