Maybe tetanus?
I fell had a big scratch wound, cleaned with water. Had headaches 2 3 and 4 days after relating my wisdom teeth(needs removing) after a salt rinze it hasnt happened in 3 days. Is there a chance i have tenatus or does the crampy/headaches stay with tetanus?

Hi sir....    The headache is due to wisdom teeth that need to be removed.. **First and foremost take X_ray (IOPA) of that concern wisdom teeth done to ... ** Wisdom teeth needs surgical extraction followed by antibiotic and analgesic coverage... ** For that big scratch wound, it is better to get tetanus toxoid injection if you dont get TT coverage in this past one year

When did u have your last injection for tetanus. Timing is very crucial as it give you immunity.

Wisdom teeth can cause headaches. Consult a dentist for it. It is always advisable to take a tetanus shot if you are not already covered. Please talk to your doctor about it
