ULCERS WITH HEADACHE
I have 4 ulcers in my mouth its been 6days ago.. i am suffering from ulcers and from past 3 days i got headache too.. i have never been headache for this long time in my life. What should i do.. i used Vitamin B complex.. and ulcer gel it does affect on it.

Mouth ulcers are medically termed as CANKER SORES.
The exact causes of mouth ulcers are not known.
Some factors which contributes to ulcer are
** stress and anxiety
** vitamin deficiency(B12)
** iraon deficiency (Anemia)
** GIT disturbance(chron"s disese)
**Use of certain medicationa like Beta blockers for hypertension and pain killers.
**Viral infection(Herpetiform ulceration)
**Genetic factors
** citrus food and high acidic foods
Prevention:
**Avoid spicy food which triggers the symptoms
**Keeping the mouth clean with daily beushing and flossing
**changing medications which cause ulcer

If the ulcer gel has not worked it would be better to visit a dentist and get examined since its been 6 days.

Hello. Good evening. Cause and nature of the ulcers is very important diagnostic criteria. So you should visit dentist as early as possible so as to check the ulcers.
