Hi My child fell down while playing and one teeth broken from the root and dentist prescribed monocef n ibugesic kid twice a day for 3days. From 2nd day onwards she is getting high fever >102°F at night only. After giving mefenamic acid suspension it is coming down. I would like to know is it because of damage occurred to teeth or some other infection is the cause for high fever. Thank you
