I want to quit my bad habbit of chewing gutkha,I take gutkha around 21years, please give me freedom from gutkha

I have a got a piece of my 4 corner teeth broken on the upper jaw , and so i cant eat from that side since a food might accumulate and then it pains , morever on the other side of the upper jaw i am feeling pain when i eat from that side , and the pain is mostly in gums or root of the teeth , it occurs not so frquently.
