It is common to have pain upto 10 days after the extraction also. If the pain increases or swelling increases then consult your dentist. You can do warm salt water gargles

Hi sir....    Usually you will feel discomfort for around 1 week after wisdom tooth removal... you may feel mild discomfort But the unbearable pain after 5 days of extraction is noticeable.. It may be due to suture slippage,or  any bony spikes or due to traumatic extraction.... Kindly continue medicine for another 2 days...
Next Steps
If you feel pain after 1 week then visit dentist to rule out the cause....
Health Tips
Gargle with salt water after food....
