It's better to go for crown because tooth becomes brittle after rct. So, to bear masticatory i.e eating forces you should go for crowns.
Which will increase the life of your tooth.

The best crown is the metal free one which is known as Zirconia... It has good strength, aesthetics and the best comparing to other crowns... Better go for zirconia crown...
