Tooth and Mouth Problems

Whenever I open my mouth wide, my jaw gives click sound . However it does not happen in case of chewing/eating. Please see: I have orthodontic braces

Wanted to know if these white chalky lines are decay or not.it is seen for last 1 month.all other teeths are normal.no other family members have such lines on teeth.in torch light white chalky lines are seen on other sides of same tooth.no pain or swelling.on lift the lip examination there's no white lines or deposit between gum line and teeth.plese suggest what it could be.

I can see one chalky white line between front two tooth of my 4 year old daughter.in torch light white lines are visible on surface also.other teeths are normal.

I've realized that the gum around 3 of my teeth are loose. I looked up receding gums but I don't think I have that. My other gums are fine besides these ones. They look the same except that they are loose and are no longer attached to my teeth
