I spit brown saliva after waking up from sleep. I don't smoke or drink had never experienced this earlier

I have swelling in inner cheek near last teeth in right side lower jaw.beacuse of that feeling much uncomfortable.

No pain Everthing normal But its noticable No medicine taken Minor swelling No chewing problem No toothache No dry mouth
